The Garrison Standard – Terms
Every company in the Garrison Partners family works to one promise: show up inside the window we gave you, put the price in writing before any work starts, do the job by the book, and leave the site clean. If the work fails within 365 days of completion, we come back and make it right at no charge. This page explains what that guarantee covers, how claims work, and the reasonable conditions that keep it fair for everyone. The Garrison Standard is the same in every city where our independently owned companies operate.
What’s Covered
The Garrison Standard exists because homeowners deserve work that holds up. Every service performed by a Garrison Partners company carries these commitments:
- Workmanship for 365 days. The labor and materials we install are guaranteed to perform as agreed for a full year from the date the work is completed. If something we did fails in that window, we return and repair it at no charge.
- On-time arrival. We give you a real arrival window, not an all-day “sometime between 8 and 6.” When we say a technician will arrive between 10 and noon, that’s the commitment. If something outside our control breaks that window, you’ll hear from us before the window closes, not after.
- Honest pricing in writing. The price you approve before work begins is the price you pay. No surprises at the door, no add-ons after the fact. If the scope changes, we stop and get your written approval before touching anything else.
- A clean site. We treat your home like a job site under inspection. The work area is left clean and squared away when we leave, not littered with packaging and scraps.
- Make-it-right resolution. If the work isn’t right, we don’t argue about it. We schedule the return visit, diagnose the issue, and fix it. The guarantee is in writing because a handshake only matters if the hand behind it shows up.
How to Make a Claim
Filing a claim under The Garrison Standard is simple and doesn’t require a stack of paperwork. Start by contacting the specific Garrison company you hired, using the phone number on your invoice or work order. Tell them what’s happening, when it started, and have your service date handy if you can. The team that did the original work knows your home and can usually diagnose the issue faster than anyone else.
Once you’ve described the problem, the company will confirm your work falls inside the 365-day window and schedule a return visit. If the local brand can’t resolve it directly, Garrison Partners steps in to coordinate between brands and make sure the make-it-right promise is honored. You won’t be bounced between call centers or told to “call somebody else.” The family coordinates the resolution, and you deal with one point of contact until the issue is closed.
Claims should be reported as soon as you notice a problem, ideally within the 365-day window. If work is reported after the window closes, we’ll still review it in good faith, but coverage applies to issues that surface during that year.
Conditions
The Garrison Standard is a good-faith commitment, not a license for unreasonable expectations. To honor a claim, we need basic proof that the work was performed by a Garrison company: an invoice, work order, or the name of the technician who came out. We also need reasonable access to the property to inspect and repair the issue. That means during normal business hours, with someone present if the job requires it.
Coverage applies to normal residential use. If the work was damaged by misuse, neglect, third-party modifications, or events outside our control like severe storms, floods, or fire, that falls outside the guarantee. We’ll still show up and quote a fair price to fix it, but the make-it-right-at-no-charge promise applies to failures in our workmanship and materials under normal conditions. The goal is fairness both ways: we hold ourselves to a high bar, and we ask that the work be treated the way any reasonable homeowner would treat their property.
Terms may vary slightly by brand and local regulations.
