Rekeying

Rekeying changes the internal pins so the old key stops working and a new one takes over. It’s the right move after a move-in, a roommate leaves, or a cleaner or contractor returned their key. Lock Repair and Replacement

When a deadbolt grinds, a knob spins without engaging, or a latch won’t line up with the strike plate, we diagnose what failed and fix it. We carry parts for Schlage, Kwikset, Yale, and Baldwin as standard, and we’re certified on high-security lines including Medeco, Mul-T-Lock, Abloy, and Sargent. Deadbolt Installation

A proper deadbolt, drilled to the right depth and aligned with the strike plate, changes how hard your door is to kick in. We install single-cylinder and double-cylinder deadbolts to code, including the longer 1-inch throw bolts that earn you more bite into the frame. We’ll tell you what’s on the door now and what’s worth putting on instead.

High-Security Locks

For some doors, a standard lock isn’t enough. We install and service restricted keyway systems from Medeco, Mul-T-Lock, Abloy, and Sargent, where keys can’t be duplicated at the hardware store and every copy is controlled by you.
