Ridley Locksmith & Security in Georgia
Ridley Locksmith & Security is the Georgia locksmith that runs on The Garrison Standard, with Ridley Locksmith Security specialists who follow the same standards: a written price before any work starts, a uniformed and background-checked technician at your door, and a full year of coverage on every repair. Homeowners across Georgia call us for lockouts, deadbolt replacements, rekeys, and high-security hardware because they want the job done right the first time, not a price that moves after the van pulls up. We’re part of the Garrison Partners family, and that name carries weight.
Why Georgia Homeowners Choose Ridley Locksmith & Security
Georgia homeowners have dealt with the other kind of locksmith. The one who shows up late, quotes one number on the phone, then hands over an invoice for twice that once the lock is off the door. We built Ridley Locksmith & Security to be the opposite. Every technician who arrives at a Georgia home is background-checked and uniformed, dispatched by a live person who answers the phone 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Not a voicemail. Not an answering service. The price you get is the price you pay, and it’s put in writing before any work begins. That’s not a policy we hope our techs follow. It’s the standing offer on every single job.
Our technicians are trained on the full spectrum of lock hardware. Standard residential brands like Schlage, Kwikset, Yale, and Baldwin are everyday work for us. So are high-security lines including Medeco, Mul-T-Lock, Abloy, and Sargent, which most independent shops won’t touch without a second trip and a bigger bill. And every repair carries the 365-Day Done Right Promise: if the work isn’t right within a full year, we come back and make it right at no charge. That’s a written guarantee, handed to you as a document, not a verbal promise that evaporates when the truck leaves the driveway.
Backed by the Garrison Partners Family
Ridley Locksmith & Security is part of Garrison Partners, a family of home-service companies led by owners with military or first-responder backgrounds. The name comes from the unit stationed to protect a place and keep it ready around the clock. That’s the standard every Ridley job in Georgia is held to: show up inside the window we gave you, put the price in writing, do the work by the book, leave the site clean, and stand behind it for a full year. If a repair fails inside that guarantee window, the second visit is free, automatically. No arguing. No fine print. That’s The Garrison Code, and it applies to every job we do across Georgia.
