Ridley Locksmith & Security in California

Ridley Locksmith & Security is the California locksmith operating inside the Garrison Partners family, a group of home-service companies that runs every job to one written standard. We handle residential and commercial lock work across the state, from standard Schlage, Kwikset, Yale, and Baldwin hardware to high-security lines like Medeco, Mul-T-Lock, Abloy, and Sargent. Every repair carries a written one-year guarantee, a background-checked technician shows up in uniform, and the price is in writing before any work starts. That’s what the Garrison Standard means, and it’s been in place since 2007.

Why California Homeowners Choose Ridley Locksmith & Security

The locksmith trade has a trust problem, and California homeowners know it firsthand. Prices get quoted low over the phone, then climb once a tech is standing in the driveway. A job gets drilled out in ten minutes, and the invoice looks nothing like the estimate. Ridley Locksmith & Security exists to run against that grain. We deliver a written price before any work starts, on every single job, no exceptions. Our technicians are background-checked and uniformed, dispatched directly by us, not subcontracted to an unknown crew in an unmarked van. When something goes wrong inside the first year, the 365-Day Done Right Promise kicks in automatically: we return and make it right at no charge, and we put that in writing before we leave the first time. A live person answers our phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, not a voicemail and not an answering service. Whether it’s a simple deadbolt replacement or high-security hardware like Medeco or Mul-T-Lock, the same standard applies.

Backed by the Garrison Partners Family

A garrison is the unit stationed to protect a place and keep it ready around the clock. That’s the name behind this brand, and it’s the operational model too. Ridley Locksmith & Security in Colorado - Locksmith is one of twelve home-service companies working to The Garrison Standard. Each location is independently owned and operated, rooted in its own community, and held to the same five commitments: arrive inside the window we gave, price in writing before work starts, do it by the book the first time, leave the site clean, and stand behind the work for a full year. That accountability structure is what separates us from independent shops with no oversight and call centers with no local ties.
