Flint Chimney Sweep in Wisconsin

Flint Chimney Sweep handles chimney cleaning across Wisconsin with a simple operating rule: nothing gets done until the price is in your hands, in writing. That means the number you approve before the first tool comes off the truck is the exact number on your invoice. Since 2002, Flint Chimney Sweep sales & service has worked as part of the Garrison Partners family of independently owned chimney service companies. Homeowners from the Fox Valley to the Milwaukee suburbs call us because they’re tired of guessing, tired of waiting, and tired of crews that treat a fireplace like an afterthought. We don’t do any of that.

Why Wisconsin Homeowners Choose Flint Chimney Sweep

Wisconsin winters punish fireplaces and chimneys. Months of freeze-thaw cycles work mortar joints loose, and the creosote that builds up through a long heating season becomes a real fire hazard if it isn’t removed properly. Our technicians are background-checked and uniformed, so when we arrive inside the window we gave you, you know exactly who’s walking through the door. Every chimney cleaning gets a written price before any work starts. The scope is spelled out, the number is fixed, and there are no surprise add-ons at the end. We work with professional-grade chimney materials including DuraFlex, HeatShield, Gelco, Olympia Chimney, Famco, and Copperfield, specified by what the job actually needs, not by what’s easiest to sell. And the 365-Day Done Right Promise puts a written guarantee on every repair, valid for a full year from the service date. If a covered repair fails inside that year, we come back and make it right at no charge. No argument, no second invoice, no fine print.

Backed by the Garrison Partners Family

Flint Chimney Sweep operates under the Garrison Standard, the same code every Garrison Partners location follows. A garrison is the unit stationed to protect a place and keep it ready around the clock. That’s the name, and it’s also the promise: show up inside the window, put the price in writing, do the job by the book, leave the site clean, and stand behind the work for a full year. Every Flint job across Wisconsin carries that weight.
